Blepharoplasty
Case 1
This gentleman was tired of having those ‘bags’ under his eyes and also felt like his upper eyelids were heavy at the end of the day.
He underwent: upper and lower eyelid surgery. As an additional procedure to improve the junction between the lower eyelid and his cheek, we borrowed a little of his own fatty tissue from his belly and processed and transferred it to that lid-cheek-junction.
Facelift
Case 1
This 48 year old patient had more recently begun to dislike the looseness of skin of her neck. She underwent a facelift, necklift and chin implant. Her necklift included attention to the fatty tissue underneath the platysma muscle beneath her chin.
Not all patients are indicated for a chin implant…but sometimes…they can really help make a good result great.
Case 2
The goal of a facelift is to make a patient look like they did 10-15 years ago.
This patient underwent a facelift; she also underwent facial fat grafting at a later date to add volume to her face.
Case 3
This lady had a wonderful PA explain to her that no minimally invasive device would substantially correct her skin laxity and that PA kindly and appropriately referred her to out facial plastic surgery practice.
Rhinoplasty
Case 1
This delightful young lady had always disliked her nose. Specifically, she felt like it ‘stuck out too much” and was ‘ just too big’. So, we made thenose a little smaller, softer, and to fit her face better.
Case 2
This young lady had always felt like her nose did not fit with the size and shape of her face… rhinoplasty has the power and ability to make noses less noticeable.
Case 3
This patient had a twisted nasal tip and had never really had any significant nasal trauma. After surgery, his nose was straighter and he noticed improvement in breathing.
Case 4
This patient had been bothered by the bridge of her nose and the tension on the tip of her nose. After surgery, the bridge of her nose is softened and the upper lip is more relaxed.
